34 years Sambhu is a well known Chau dancer, was born in Aspara village in Bandwan block of Puruliia district. His father Anil Karmakar inspired and provided him support to dance in their village team. Being a child artist Sambhu performed very well and his intention to be a chau Artist was gradually developed. People started to like his danc. To make himself more prominent & perfect in terms of dancing skill he joined in the team of Padmashree Nepal Mahato. After spending a couple of years he formed a new chau dance team with his own initiative.
